I can not recommend a specific convent in France as I have only used convents in Italy. However, you should check out the book “Europes Monastery and Convent Guesthouses”. It gives brief overviews of each monastery or convent, contact information, restrictions on who can and can not stay, and some pricing information. You can find the book at amazon and barnes and noble.
