I would recommend to use a limousine.
Leaves Narita Airport at
8:10
9:10
10:10
11:10
14:10
15:10
17:10
It takes about 80 minutes to Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel.
2,400yen for adult, 1,200yen for child

Call the hotel and ask if they have a shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport. Most hotels in the general area do. (general area=even up to 2 hours drive)

I agree with Amy..but if you arrive late, there is no more limousine schedule ..you have to take train.

The train is the most popular way of travel through Japan.

Finding both cheap and easy way to Sheraton hotel after 9PM is difficult.
Probably following route is easiest.
Take JR train which depart Narita airport (bound for Tokyo) at 22:19 (10:19PM) from Terminal 2 (If you are arrived at T1, it depars at 22:16).
*This is last JR train departure from airport.
Buy ticket for Funabashi station, fare is 950 yen/person.
After 1 hour ride, get off the train at “Funabashi” station.
Then take a taxi to your hotel. It is about 5,000-6,000 yen. 35-40 min ride.
If you come with your family, total cost is not that big difference from taking Limousine bus (2,400 yen each).
Also Keisei line departure from Airport at 21:54 or 22:14 (both from T1 then T2) to “Keisei-Funabasi” station. Fare is 720 yen.
Keisei-Funabasi station is 8 min far from Funabasi station of JR line. But I think probably you can get a taxi at this local station.
JR and Keisei line depart from basement of the airport.
