The boathouse is located on the kapiti coast which is only 40 mins to wellington. a self contained sole occupancy holiday retreat, berthed within harpooning distance of the shops, sea and cafes. offering a unique nautical theme with landscaped gardens on an elevated site with views.the boathouse is entirely made of recycled native and exotic timber. the master cabin has french doors opening out onto its own deck. the mezzanine floor has two single berths, the restored 28-foot whale chaser boat has two single squabs.large open spaces for dining and entertaining, big double doors flow out onto a sunny deck complete with gas bbq.full kitchen and laundry facilities, all linen provided.
