The Moon isn’t to far away so how come we don’t have tons of 5 star hotels and houses up there yet?

dark_hellbent_king2 asked: I mean there are lots of aerospace companies that talk a lot of stuff but all they offer are sub orbital flights, Bigelow Aerospace is planning on building a space station hotel in orbit, but when can i expect to see luxury hotels on the Moon?
